Summary	0003634: Techdraw module loses the dimension field "Format Spec" on save-load cycle
Description	Techdraw workbench loses the dimension field "Format Spec" on save-load cycle. The field "Format Spec" resets to the default value "%.2f", which should not happen.
Steps To Reproduce	1. Open FreeCAD. 2. Create a new document. 3. Create a new part, and a new cube inside the part in PartDesign workbench. 4. Create a default page in TechDraw workbench. 5. Create a ProjGroup Front-view of the cube in TechDraw page. 6. Add a dimension for one side of the cube. 7. Edit the dimension properties: "Arbitrary=true" and "Format Spec=ThisIsACube". The specified text will show on the dimension now, as expected. 8. Save the document. 9. Close FreeCAD. 10. Open FreeCAD and load the saved document. The field "Format Spec" has been reset to the default value "%.2f", which should not happen.
