| Description | - open the attached FC file It is a body with 3 features. The Tip is currently at the feature "Pad". - select the body in the model tree and change in the Data tab of the combo view the Tip to "Pocket" As result the tip was not yet fully applied. One can see that by meshing the body of the part: the pocket is missing in the mesh. Alternatively you can import the file to an assembly using the A2plus WB to see the missing pocket. The bug can be fixed by marking manually invoking a recomputation of the body after the change of the tip property. So it seems that just a recomputation is missing after the user changed the tip property. This bug does not occur, when setting the tip by right-clicking on the feature "Pocket" and then using "set tip". | ||||

Hmm, I can no longer reproduce this with OS: Windows 10 Word size of OS: 64-bit Word size of FreeCAD: 64-bit Version: 0.18.15938 (Git) Build type: Release Branch: master Hash: acdd4b097bbaf6d94bc09cf38f25924bd5d3e778 Python version: 3.6.6 Qt version: 5.6.2 Coin version: 4.0.0a OCC version: 7.3.0 Locale: German/Germany (de_DE) Now FC correctly marks the body to be recomputed. So the bug can be closed. |
