| Description | Would it be easy to expose the "Offset" field of the "Choose Orientation" dialog box to spreadsheet/function values? Also, it would be nice to be able to use this dialog box to define an arbitrary plane orientation with a normal vector, but I suspect that would take a bit more work. | ||||

@digitalgoose Please open a PartDesign subforum thread and bi-directionally link ticket <=> thread to generate conversation. Also FYI, "PartDesign Next" in 0.17 is a major overhaul of the PD Workbench. |

@digitalgoose creating a datum plane and attaching a sketch to it should allow you to do what this ticket is talking about. To me, it seems like this ticket is invalid. Is there something I'm missing? |
