Product Version | 0.16 | ||||
Summary | 0002689: Cannot change existing annotation object
Description | Fails on 0.16 stable build and also on todays daily build (installed Sun Sep 4 09:47:03 PDT 2016): OS: Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS Word size of OS: 64-bit Word size of FreeCAD: 64-bit Version: 0.17.8353 (Git) Build type: None Branch: master Hash: 04aa24ec00bcd05442b1b345757175a4459fc553 Python version: 2.7.12 Qt version: 4.8.7 Coin version: 4.0.0a OCC version: 6.8.0.oce-0.17
Steps To Reproduce | 1. Create a new document. 2. Set the work plane. 3. Switch to Draft workbench. 4. Click on the Annotate button (see screenshot of the button I pushed in a red rectangle: http://i.imgur.com/jVQ59k7.png) 5. Click to select a point. 6. Type in "this is some text" and press Return. Press Return again to create the object. See screenshot at http://i.imgur.com/wOpiC0t.png at this point. 7. Click in the Label Text field in the tree view (?) and change the word "some" to "XXX" and press Enter. The text changes but the object in the view does not change. I expected "this is XXX text" but it is stuck at "this is some text". See screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/Y0DaBpc.png
