Summary	0002247: Toolbar positions are not kept across application reinstantiation
Description	In the Part Design workbench I like to reposition toolbars so that I can see all the buttons, but when I close and reopen FreeCAD, I see the toolbars in the default positions. It is expected that they be remembered.
Steps To Reproduce	Drag some toolbars around. Close FreeCAD. Open FreeCAD. Verify that the toolbar's positions are default.
Tags	No tags attached.
